Welcome to Casa Wine. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, communications, and purchase of products from Casa Wine (legally registered as Rumah Boga Beverindo). By accessing our website, browsing our catalogue, or placing an order (via WhatsApp or in-store), you agree to comply with these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 21 years old to purchase alcoholic beverages from Casa Wine.

  • By ordering, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age in Indonesia and that the products are for personal use or legal gifting purposes.

 

2. Ordering Process

  • Orders may be placed via:

    • WhatsApp at +62 851 9591 7892

    • In-person at our store in ITC Kuningan, Jakarta

  • Products listed online are subject to availability.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected misuse, stock unavailability, or delivery limitations.

 

3. Product Information

  • All product details, including descriptions, images, and prices, are provided for reference and may differ slightly due to supplier updates or batch differences.

  • Alcohol content, country of origin, and tasting notes are based on data from producers or public sources and may not reflect personal preferences.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may change without notice.

  • Accepted payment methods include:

    • Bank Transfers (BCA, Mandiri)

    • Digital Wallets (DANA, GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay, LinkAja)

    • QRIS

  • Payments must be completed in full before dispatch. Proof of payment should be sent via WhatsApp.

 

5. Delivery & Pickup

  • We offer same-day delivery within Jakarta for orders confirmed before our daily cut-off time.

  • Pickup is available at our store during business hours.

  • Delivery is fulfilled via trusted courier services (e.g., Gojek, Grab) and may incur an additional fee, depending on location.

  • Casa Wine is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of alcoholic products, all sales are final unless:

    • The item received is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

    • There is a clear fault in the product (e.g., corked wine).

  • Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the product, accompanied by photo/video evidence.

  • Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 5 working days to process.

 

7. Privacy

  • All customer data (including contact information, purchase history, and delivery addresses) is handled with confidentiality in accordance with Indonesian data protection laws.

  • We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties, except as required to complete transactions (e.g., delivery partners).

  • Communication may be recorded or saved for quality control and service improvement.

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, brand names, product photos, and digital assets on our website and social media are the property of Casa Wine or its partners.

  • You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute any content without written permission.

 

9. Website Use & Availability

  • Our website and product catalogue are available for informational purposes and browsing.

  • We aim to ensure accuracy and availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free listings.

  • Casa Wine reserves the right to update, edit, or remove content without prior notice.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Casa Wine shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our responsibility is limited to the price paid for the product or service in question.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation and, if necessary, brought before the relevant courts in Jakarta.
